Your Profile Possesses minimum G.C.E. "O" levels. No prior experience is needed. 1-2 years of experience in hotel or call centre operations will be an added advantage. Good communication, telephone, interpersonal and customer relations/service skills. Computer skills in the use of MS Office, email, Opera and PABX Systems will be an asset. A can-do attitude. Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays. Mandrin speaking is preferred
