Responsibilities
- Institute and manage actuarial rate filing process ensuring rates remain current and adequate.
- Review bureau circulars and make recommendations for adoption or deferral.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 15+ years of experience preparing and submitting property and casualty insurance rate filing for bureau and proprietary products
- 5+ years of managerial experience
- Actuarial experience a plus but not required
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Able to manage multiple projects and bring them to conclusion
- **This is not a remote position. The role is required to be onsite on our hybrid work schedule in our Morristown, NJ office.**

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Rate Filing team within the Actuarial Department. As Director, Actuarial Rate Filings you will be responsible for ensuring all rate filings are complete, accurate, and timely. You will be a key part of the product development process developing and filing rates for new products while ensuring rates for all existing products remain adequate.
