Senior Procurement Manager - Technology

Responsibilities

• You'll take ownership of complex procurement categories and turn strategy into impact. That means:
• Leading insight‑led category strategies aligned to Lloyd's priorities.
• Running strategic sourcing activity end to end, from market analysis to negotiation and contract award.
• Partnering with stakeholders so procurement is embedded in planning and decision‑making.
• Managing key suppliers to drive value, performance and resilience.
• Spotting opportunities for savings, innovation and smarter ways of working.
• Strengthening policies, tools and ways of working to improve consistency and control.
• Using data and analytics to inform decisions and track performance.
• Playing an active role in building procurement capability through coaching and knowledge‑sharing.

Requirements

• You're a strategic procurement professional who knows how to balance commercial outcomes with integrity.
• You'll bring:
• Strong experience in strategic procurement and category management, ideally in complex or regulated environments.
• The confidence to lead negotiations and manage senior stakeholder relationships.
• A deep understanding of governance, risk and compliance.
• A track record of delivering savings, supplier innovation and risk mitigation.
• Experience shaping or contributing to procurement improvement or transformation.
• The ability to explain complex issues clearly and influence with credibility.
• A collaborative mindset and a genuine interest in developing others.
