Support individuals with complex needs in a person-centred, engaging way Assist Registered Manager with staff supervision and development Manage service rotas and contribute to support package planning and delivery Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth service operations Participate in shared on-call rota and work evenings/weekends as needed
