This position is responsible for being an integral component of the Service Division through networking and building relationships with Building Owners, Property Managers (and Property Management Companies) and Business owners, through networking events including Tradeshows, BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association) and IFMA (International Facility Management Association) meetings, cold calling and following up on warm leads.
