- Strong project milestone and product calendar management skills with the ability to meet timelines.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross‑functional and international partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Associate‑level knowledge of golf and travel gear design preferred, passion for golf gear and golf culture highly desirable.
- Detail‑oriented, highly organized, self‑motivated, and team‑oriented with strong decision‑making capabilities and a genuine interest in how products are made, including processes and materials.
- Occasional domestic and international travel may be required; minor physical activity including lifting and carrying product samples.
