Senior Associate Product Designer - Titleist

Responsibilities

• What You Bring
• B.S. or B.A. in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a closely related field.
• 1-3 years of professional experience in product design or a related role.
• Proficiency in computer‑based design tools including Adobe Creative Suite and 3D CAD software such as Fusion 360 and/or SolidWorks; experience with 2D and 3D prototyping methods including sketching, model making, painting, and hands‑on fabrication.
• Familiarity with product design and development processes, materials, construction methods, engineering design techniques, and market trends; PLM experience is a plus.
• Strong project milestone and product calendar management skills with the ability to meet timelines.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross‑functional and international partners.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Associate‑level knowledge of golf and travel gear design preferred, passion for golf gear and golf culture highly desirable.
• Detail‑oriented, highly organized, self‑motivated, and team‑oriented with strong decision‑making capabilities and a genuine interest in how products are made, including processes and materials.
• Occasional domestic and international travel may be required; minor physical activity including lifting and carrying product samples.
