If you're driven by project excellence, customer satisfaction, and delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget, we'd love to hear from you! 🌟 What You'll Be Doing As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of elevator New Installation (NI) and New Modernization (NM) projects, ensuring successful delivery from project kickoff through final handover. Your responsibilities include: Lead and manage multiple elevator installation and modernization projects simultaneously. Plan, coordinate, and monitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables. Liaise closely with clients, consultants, main contractors, architects, and internal stakeholders. Manage project budgets, cost control, and resource planning. Coordinate site activities with installation supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers. Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, quality standards, and statutory requirements. Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies. Conduct project meetings, progress reporting, and documentation. Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to customer satisfaction. Support project commissioning, inspections, and final project handover. ✅ What We're Looking For Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, Construction Management, or a related discipline. Experience managing elevator/lift New Installation (NI) or Modernization (NM) projects is highly preferred. Experience in construction, M&E, building services, or vertical transportation projects will also be considered. Strong project planning and coordination skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Familiarity with Singapore construction regulations and Workplace Safety requirements. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
