Responsibilities
- Receiving students and colleagues at the reception desk
- Answering the phone and emails
- Reviewing documentation for errors and scanning documents to support the process
- Performing data entry
- Supporting the needs of the Analysts, Specialist, ACR and Manager
- Guiding student assistants in support of those tasks
Requirements
- Required Education and Qualifications:
- Analytical skills with an in depth knowledge of information systems and technical expertise with Microsoft operating systems, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook/email, and Internet end-user applications such as ETA.
- Familiarity with flight training paperwork and lingo, preferred.
