Financial Management Analyst

About the role

You will serve as a Financial Management Analyst within COMNAVREG MIDLANT NORFOLK. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing advice and/or recommendations regarding financial impact to operations and mission readiness; 2) Researching or investigating problems or errors that require reconciling and amending accounting data; 3) Performing budget execution reviews to ensure budgets are in compliance with budgetary policies and practices; 4) Interpreting/applying regulations and procedures related to Budget Execution and complex actions; and 5) Analyzing financial data in charts, graphs, and tables to portray funds execution.
