About the role

Job Summary: As a Programme Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational needs at MindCove. This includes administrative efforts for maintaining the facility, operational efforts for coordinating student visits, conducting the MindCove programme, as well as collaborate with the team to continually enhance the MindCove programme. You will also be supporting the stakeholder engagement efforts regarding the promotion of the MindCove programme.As part of the TOUCH Mental Wellness team, you will also be supporting other mental health workshops as arranged by TOUCH Mental Wellness, including preparation of slides, and facilitation of community-based mental health workshops, where required. Training will be provided for all aspects of the job. Principle Duties & Responsibilities: Programme Implementation Provide administrative and operational support for the smooth running of MindCove, including facility upkeep, scheduling and documentations. Coordinate and manage programme logistics, including student visits and stakeholder arrangements. Facilitate and conduct mental health programmes, including but not limited to MindCove, ensuring quality delivery and participant engagement. Support the preparation of programme materials (e.g. slides, resources) and ensure readiness for sessions. Collaborate with the team to review and enhance programme content and delivery for continuous improvement. Stakeholder Engagement & Outreach Support engagement with stakeholders, including schools and community partners Assist in the promotion and awareness of MindCove and other mental wellness programmes Other Duties Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as assigned Essential Skills and Qualifications: Minimum Diploma, ideally in Psychology, Counselling, Social Work, or other related fields. Ideally with 1 to 2 years of work experience, with some exposure to stakeholder engagement Core Competencies and Attributes: Team player Ability to manage concurrent tasks Able to work in a fast-paced environment Good interpersonal skills Comfortable with public speaking Willingness to learn Proficiency in Microsoft Office Demonstrate adaptability and problem-solving skills Passionate about mental health advocacy
