Responsibilities

  • Project Controls & Project Support (75-80%)
  • This role will primarily focus on supporting the operational and financial management of aviation projects from a project controls and coordination perspective.
  • Responsibilities include:

  • During lighter project periods, this role will also support business development and pursuit activities within the Aviation practice.
  • Responsibilities may include:
  • Coordinating proposal development activities and submission schedules
  • Supporting proposal teams with formatting, document coordination, and marketing materials
  • Assisting Marketing and Pursuit Leads with proposal reviews and quality control
  • Coordinating resumes, project sheets, and pursuit documentation
  • Supporting internal business development tracking and opportunity coordination
  • Helping maintain consistency, organization, and responsiveness during active pursuits

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting or project environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative
  • Comfortable working with project budgets, schedules, spreadsheets, and reporting tools
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience supporting projects, operations, project controls, accounting coordination, or business operations is highly valued
  • Prior experience in engineering consulting, infrastructure, transportation, construction, architecture, or aviation environments is beneficial, but not required
