Sanitation Team Leader

Requirements

• Strong FSQA and OH&S focus.
• Basic understanding of industrial cleaning chemicals.
• Previous experience leading/supervising a team of 20 or more employees.
• Shift expectation - 9-hour shift plus weekend overtime when necessary.
• Proven leadership, team building and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, co-workers, and Managers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively lead, motivate, coach, mentor and resolve employee conflict.
• Ability to accurately maintain detailed records.
• Be success-driven and have a "can do" attitude.
• High degree of flexibility and adaptability to take up additional duties and cross-train.
• Ability to assess and prioritize.

Excellent communication skills are required as the Sanitation Team Leader is the main contact point for all employees in the sanitation department.
