Responsibilities

  • Portfolio Management Oversight
  • Conduct initial and periodic due diligence reviews of portfolio management delegates ("Delegates") in accordance with BEFM's risk-based approach and PMO Procedure ensuring a complete and timely process

  • Qualifications & Skills
  • Blackstone seeks to hire individuals who work well in a team, are highly motivated, with a sound judgment, and have demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors.
  • Master's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or a related discipline
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry, such as UCITS Management Company, AIFM, or advisory role
  • Fluent in English, both written and oral
  • Highly organized with great attention to detail and strong time management skills
  • Demonstrates ownership and accountability, manages work independently and knows when to escalate matters

The primary focus will be on overseeing portfolio managers to ensure regulatory expectations are met while maintaining lean and sustainable processes. This position will report to the Conducting Officer in charge of Portfolio Management Oversight, with a responsibility to provide support in wide-ranging tasks.
