If so, we have a fantastic opportunity to join our leading, well respected water technologies company, where you will play a pivotal role in working as part of a team within the ELGA LabWater's manufacturing facility by correctly carrying out our Goods Inwards process of receiving components, carefully checking deliveries and alerting the appropriate teams of any discrepancies. This position will be based at our new and advanced Manufacturing facility in Cressex, with the latest facilities including a large breakout area with new kitchen, spacious parking, and great public transport links. What will I be doing... Accurately picking parts for production Efficiently and carefully packing / consolidating orders for production Prepare finished goods for dispatch, this includes, but not limited to, packing, preparing paperwork and loading of goods vehicles Follow detailed and defined procedures and work / instructions. Making simple judgement calls in straightforward situations typically having to select from defined and documented alternatives Support continuous improvement techniques/initiatives within the Stores area Support and maintain an effective 5S policy within work areas What we are looking for... Good understanding of Stock Inventory principles and Health and Safety practices Ability to work in a cohesive motivated team Good IT skills. Experience of Google suite would be an advantage Disciplined and organised approach to tasks with the ability to prioritise Self motivating, conscientious and organised Good team building, motivated, enthusiastic skill set Flexible and innovative approach to problem solving Manual Handling training would be a benefit, but training will be provided A clean UK driving licence is desirable A forklift licence would be an advantage What can we offer...
