- Support execution of Scout's corporate real estate strategy aligned with business growth objectives, ensuring market analytics, capacity modeling, investment prioritization, and operational considerations are integrated into transaction planning and execution.
- Serve as a senior subject matter expert and primary point of integration between portfolio strategy and transaction execution activities.
- Coordinate continuity across the real estate lifecycle from strategic planning through transaction execution and operational transition.
- Support proactive portfolio initiatives including footprint optimization, consolidations, blend-and-extend strategies, relocations, renewals, and exit planning activities.
- Partner with Legal, Finance, Purchasing, and business stakeholders to support review, negotiation, execution, and administration of lease agreements and related transaction documentation.
- Portfolio Planning & Analytics
- Conduct portfolio assessments and space utilization analyses to support operational alignment, portfolio optimization, and cost-effectiveness across Scout locations.
- Gather, analyze, and present demographic, financial, market, and portfolio data to support real estate recommendations and decision-making.
- Translate market analytics, capacity planning inputs, and portfolio data into actionable transaction and portfolio planning recommendations.
- Identify opportunities for portfolio value creation, operational efficiencies, and cost savings across the real estate portfolio.
- Maintain accurate lease records, portfolio databases, transaction documentation, and key milestone tracking.
- Identify and assess potential risks associated with the corporate real estate portfolio.
- Cross-Functional Coordination & Vendor Management
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Facilities, Workplace Services, Security, IT, EHS, Legal, Finance, and business teams to support current and future real estate requirements.
- Coordinate and oversee external real estate service providers, brokers, consultants, and vendors to support transaction execution and portfolio initiatives while maintaining cost and service expectations.
