About the role

- Advise senior leadership and investment committee on deal documentation risk for each transaction.
- Serve as internal documentation experts, including advising on recent trends and current market practice.
- Participate in internal educational initiatives and programs designed to teach elements of transaction structuring.
Requirements
- Prefer 5 years' experience at a combination of a large law firm and a financial institution, preferably in direct lending or leveraged finance.
- Bachelor's Degree and a JD
- Transactional experience with sponsor leverage buyouts and corporate debt transactions.
- Experience in working across teams in high intensity environments, with demonstrated ability to play lead roles and make decisions.
- Sound credit analysis skills is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong attention to detail.
