About the role

Job Description & Requirements Maintain full set of accounts and ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and forecast in accordance to IFRS accounting standards Handle day to day account operations and be responsible for accounting processes and tasks Responsible for preparation of monthly management reports including the current month's closing results and 3-month forecast Reconcile intercompany balances/transactions and ensure account reconciliations are performed and reviewed Prepare weekly cashflow report, bank reconciliation and journal entries Handle tax annual filing Prepare GST submission and tax filing Assist in new processes and system implementation to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Handling bank account opening Any other tasks as assigned Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Commerce. Experience in project costing and accruals Team player with confidence and maturity to work efficiently with different levels in the organization. Hands-on with Microsoft office applications. Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, or similar). Ability to work independently. Fluency in both spoken and written Chinese and English is required. The candidate must be able to speak Mandarin for communication with stakeholders and teams in China.
