Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in patient escort, hospital transportation, or related field preferred.
- Leadership experience preferred.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and time‑management skills.
- Ability to lift and walk with up to 40 pounds.
- Ability to stand/walk for the entire shift.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, especially regarding patient information.

- This position has a starting rate of $18.75 per hour, regardless of prior experience. After six months of continuous employment, the hourly rate will automatically increase to $21.87 per hour. After one year of continuous employment, the hourly rate will automatically increase to $22.91 per hour.
