Core Responsibilities 1. Input data of every import shipment (consolidation or direct) in Kewill Enterprise Forwarding (KEF) system. 2. Coordinate air freight bookings, routing, and cargo space confirmation. 3. Prepare and verify all import/export documentation for compliance. 4. Ensure correct type of import permit, accuracy, and compliance in Tradenet declaration. 5. Manifest submission within 7 days of shipment arrival. 6. Notify consignees or their appointed forwarders of shipments' arrival via phone or email. 7. Release import document (AWB, Invoice & Packing List) to the consignees or their forwarders. 8. Calculate the terminal and air freight charges for import shipment released to the consignees or their forwarders. 9. Prepare invoice with KEF. 10. Apply cheque advance/e-payment for payment of terminal and airfreight charges to the terminal or other forwarder. 11. Collect payment of terminal and air freight charges from the consignees or their forwarders. 12. Liaise with airlines, ground handlers, customs, and freight forwarders. 13. Ensure timely clearance and delivery while adhering to local laws. 14. Issue delivery order, confirm delivery address, and arrange delivery with appointed contractor. 15. Track cargo movement, resolve delays, and update clients promptly. 16. Hand over the completed jobs to Account Section on time for monthly accounts closing. 17. Compliance with Integrated Management System (IMS) requirements.
