Change Management: Experience in managing change lifecycle during project maintenance phase. Ability to lead initiatives & get that planned with the development team with prior communication with different stakeholders. This involves understanding requirements & passing it on to development team. Coordination with Support team: Being bridge between end user & development team for any issue resolution. Analyzing the issue & patterns for proactive quality improvement
