This position is located at USAG-HI Headquarters Office- WAAF , Schofield Barracks , Hawaii (Island of Oahu). Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid. A qualified candidate must possess the following: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Applicants must have experience performing work similar to the duties listed above. Must be able to manage multiple projects and determine priorities of work under the guidance of SOPs, APF and NAF BOSS regulations, and immediate supervisor. Ability to learn military correspondence procedures and dealing with the public. Must also possess excellent verbal and written skills in English. Must have a working knowledge of basic software computer programs. Knowledge of budget formulation and administration is also required. NOTE: Resume MUST clearly reflect the knowledge and experience listed under the minimum qualifications criteria above to be considered for this job position. In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified": Highly Qualified Criteria Must have the following : 2 years' experience in planning and executing recreational programs 1 year experience in budget formulation 1 year special events experience for medium to large events IE 4th of July, Oktoberfest, MOMC or equivalent sized events Experience leading Internal Progress Reviews (IPR) and briefing Garrison Command and MWR Leadership.
