Plan and deliver engaging and educational activities that promote language development in both English and French. Assess and monitor children's progress, providing regular feedback to parents and caregivers. Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement the nursery's curriculum and policies. Support children's emotional and social development by fostering positive relationships and behavior. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for children. Keep accurate records of children's progress and development, sharing insights with parents and colleagues. Level 3 Qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent. Fluency in French and strong communication skills in English. Experience in a nursery or early years setting, particularly with bilingual children. Understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. Ability to create engaging and interactive learning activities for young children. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to supporting children's personal and educational development.
