WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON What you will focus on The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be tasked to open new relevant business lines to boost growth (hunting) in one-hand and to reinforce existing collaborations by building trust and organizing regular meeting-up with the key business partners on the other hand. What it means on a daily basis Traffic Acquisition & Strategic Collaborations Identify and secure high-value partnerships with traffic providers, manufacturers, media owners, influencers, and portals to bring consistent traffic to our Web Portals and Web Games. Negotiate and manage cross-promotion deals and affiliate programs to enhance user acquisition ROI. Follow-up carefully on performance of each channel, optimize it and be force of proposal to enhance results and retain acquired channels. White Label Sales Leadership Own the full sales cycle for our White Label web gaming solutions, from prospecting and lead generation to closing high-value B2B contracts. Consult potential clients to understand their needs and demonstrate how our gaming solutions can enhance their brand engagement. Perfect the white label solution and sales pitch to showcase how this solution can address the partner's pain points and / or boost growth. Store & Platform Management Act as the primary point of contact for key distribution platforms and stores. Lobby for and secure prominent featuring and visibility to ensure our titles stay highly visible in the market. Monitor store performance metrics and optimize distribution strategies accordingly. Strategic Innovation (Force of Proposal) Analyze market trends and competitor landscapes to propose new, "outside-the-box" B2B collaboration models. Work closely with Product and Marketing teams to package our offerings in ways that solve real-world problems for B2B partners. What success will look like In this multi-impact role, the BDM must bring high-volume traffic to Gameloft gaming portals through creative collaborations while scaling our B2B footprint by selling our premium White Label solutions. Additionally, they will have to identify untapped market opportunities, optimize store visibility for Gameloft titles, and build high-value B2B partnerships from the ground up.
