Responsibilities

  • Directly oversees and develops high-performing manufacturing engineering teams, providing continuous training and mentorship to support and enhance plant operations.

  • projects to completion. Provides related reports to upper management.
  • Impacts project performance (time, cost, quality, capacity), customer satisfaction, facility operations, asset utilization
  • product performance, and cost management.
  • Educational Requirements:
  • Bachelor´s degree in Engineering.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing production operations
  • Advanced English

  • Consults on work cell and layout designs, ensuring alignment with lean objectives, and leads initiatives to measure and monitor lean performance.
  • Manufacturing Processes:
  • Applies extensive industry knowledge to select, optimize, and evaluate manufacturing methodologies and technologies.
  • Develops and maintains best practice documentation and trains others in all aspects of the manufacturing process.
  • Leads the measurement and assessment of new processes, ensuring continuous improvement and competitiveness.

  • Contributes to the creation and rollout of manufacturing policies and procedures, ensuring process compliance and operational excellence.
