Responsibilities

  • You'll spend your days turning ideas into strategies that actually land for our clients, which include brands like ING, Audi, Nikon, Stokke, Praxis and many more. That means:

  • 5+ years in content strategy, comms strategy, creative strategy.
  • A natural connector and collaborator: you know strategy doesn't work in a vacuum, and you bring the right people to the table to make ideas stronger.
  • You have an instinct for linking audience insights to storytelling, channels, and formats.
  • A systems thinker: you can map an ecosystem, spot gaps, see dependencies, and create a strategy that's built to work in real life.
  • Experience linking digital + offline comms into one coherent approach.
  • You've helped shape content and comms for websites, web apps, and apps.
  • You've worked across B2B and B2C contexts, and you adjust your approach to different buying cycles, stakeholders, and decision dynamics.
  • You've worked with global brands and local markets, and you know how to build scalable localisation approaches.
  • A strong communicator and presenter: you can land complex thinking simply, clearly, and convincingly.

You'll work on large-size projects and consultancy, developing smart, integrated content and comms strategies that drive impact across the customer journey. This role is for someone who loves to puzzle, an expert in making complex things click. You can zoom all the way in (platform nuances, channel roles, formats, sequencing, production realities) and zoom all the way out (brand positioning, long-term direction, business goals, what success really means). You're comfortable holding the whole comms ecosystem in your head, and turning it into something clear, actionable, and exciting for clients and teams. You'll work closely with brand strategists, creatives, media experts, and specialists to make sure our work is noticed, shared, and remembered.
