The Village at Orchard Ridge is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our community. The Facilities Coordinator offers the opportunity to collaborate across departments, contribute to resident satisfaction, and make a meaningful impact on our facilities and services. As a Facilities Coordinator at The Village at Orchard Ridge , you'll be the central hub that keeps daily operations running smoothly and efficiently. You'll take ownership of the work order system (WorxHub), ensuring requests are accurately entered, prioritized, assigned, and consistently followed through to completion. By actively tracking progress and maintaining clear communication across teams, you'll help ensure timely responses and high-quality service without things slipping through the cracks. In addition to work order management, you'll provide essential administrative and operational support to the Facilities team. This includes managing incoming requests, maintaining organized records and logs, preparing reports, and keeping systems and processes up to date. You'll balance incoming needs with structured tracking and follow-up, helping maintain order in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. You'll also collaborate across departments to support move-ins, move-outs, and unit renovations-coordinating timelines, communicating with internal teams and vendors, and helping ensure units are ready and aligned with expectations. This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while staying responsive to residents, team members, and vendors in a professional and service-focused manner.
