Responsibilities
- Define and drive efficient DFT architectures and methodologies for our automotive SoCs.
- Drive the implementation and verification of the DFT logic to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality test patterns for volume production testing.
- Work closely with design teams, bridging the gap between design intent and manufacturable test solutions.
- Act as the point of contact for verification and test engineering teams to define and validate robust manufacturing test plans.
- Ensure high test coverage at Tape Out as well as efficient silicon bring-up.

- Your Profile
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Physics, or related field.
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in DFT of complex SoCs.
- Expert understanding of DFT techniques, including Scan, JTAG, MBIST, LBIST.
- Strong hands on experience in RTL DFT Logic insertion.
- Strong hands on experience in scan insertion, ATPG, test pattern debug.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Fluency in English.
