Responsibilities
- Build and support several Atlassian products; Confluence, Jira, and Jira Service Management

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
- 3-4 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a Helpdesk or Systems Administrator role
- Experience and well versed with all things Atlassian
- Experience with AV equipment; configuring sound mixers for optimal settings, microphones, speakers.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11) and common desktop applications such as Zoom, Slack, and Microsoft Office.
- Able to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 lbs unassisted.
- Experience with Atlassian is a significant plus
- Certifications relating to Jumpcloud
- Google Workspace experience
- Knowledge of consuming and working with APIs
- Experience with ITIL or other IT service management methodologies
