Credence has an immediate opening for an experienced Security Manager who will be primarily responsible for supporting the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC)/IN at Hanscom AFB, MA. AFLCMC/IN is headquartered at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH with units located at Tinker AFB, OK, Robins AFB, GA, Hanscom AFB, MA, Hill AFB, UT, Eglin AFB, FL. The AFLCMC/IN mission is to engage and support AFLCMC programs, projects, technology development and development planning efforts in addressing Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) supportability, and adversary/threat considerations in the form of Acquisition Intelligence (AI) support. The AFLCMC/IN mission also enables linkages to the Air Force and Joint/National Intelligence Communities (IC), provides predictive battle space awareness to local force protection activities, and provides local/regional Special Security Office (SSO) support and Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communication Services (JWICS) access. AFLCMC/IN is responsible for ensuring information superiority and agile combat support by providing a wide range of intelligence acquisition and sustainment services meeting warfighter requirements for information assurance (IA), communications security, foreign threat and intelligence/force protection products and cyber capabilities. AFLCMC/IN leads the integration of intelligence considerations-both ISR acquisition supportability issues and adversary/threat information-into the Center's programs and projects. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below: Support internal and external briefings, reports, and leadership engagements related to acquisition, physical, personnel, and documentation security for SCIF/SAPF environments. Provide program security support across the full lifecycle, collaborating with Government, prime, and subcontractor personnel to implement secure environments and sound security practices. Develop, review, and maintain security documentation, including but not limited to SCIF/SAPF certifications, System Security Plans, Program Protection Plans (PPP), OPSEC plans, risk analyses, CONOPS, DD Form 254s, and other MIL-STD and DoDI-compliant artifacts. Coordinate with Intelligence Community (IC) and external agencies to support successful execution of security management functions. Establish, maintain, and support accreditation of SAP/SCI facilities, including advising on construction requirements, preparing checklists, and managing accreditation packages. Monitor facility accreditation status, process updates, and ensure continued compliance with DoD, AF, and IC guidance. Provide daily oversight of classified facility security administration, including personnel, physical, industrial, and information security programs. Analyze security processes and recommend improvements to Government security and program management personnel. Develop and maintain facility security status reports, corrective action plans, and inspection documentation. Administer personnel security processes, ensuring eligibility and access requirements for SCI/SAP programs are met. Establish and manage DISS and CAFNET accounts; track and report access and clearance data. Maintain databases supporting classified material control, visitor access, personnel security, facility operations, and reporting requirements. Perform classification management functions, including storage, inventory, logging, transmittal, and distribution of classified materials. Conduct classification reviews to ensure compliance with Security Classification Guides (SCG) and derivative classification requirements. Support COMSEC operations, including assisting with account establishment and compliance with communications requirements. Ensure integration of security processes with information system management procedures, including SAP/SCI information system controls. Support cybersecurity and information assurance initiatives in alignment with DoD and IC guidance. Provide security education and training, develop training programs, and brief personnel on SAP/SCI requirements. Support and participate in inspections, audits, and assessments; identify discrepancies and assist with corrective actions. Perform self-inspections and report security incidents in accordance with
