Responsibilities

• Your attention to detail and automotive knowledge help ensure vehicles are properly documented, safe, and ready-directly supporting fleet accuracy, vehicle availability, and the overall customer experience.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License
• Strong attention to detail with effective verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word
• Ability to work outdoors or near a mechanical shop with moderate noise levels
• Flexibility to work various shifts
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, continuously stand, bend, reach, walk, sit and kneel frequently, enter, exit and drive vehicles
• Basic computer skills, including typing and data entry
• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
• This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely
• Previous experience in auto service, fleet operations, or vehicle maintenance is a strong advantage
