Additional Information

Represent the company on all quality-related matters and liaise closely with BCA on quality initiatives and assessments. Guide project teams in establishing and achieving project-specific quality objectives. Conduct regular meetings with staff and subcontractors to reinforce quality standards and objectives. Lead the preparation of CONQUAS/QM documentation and coordinate with BCA on pre-assessment quality meetings. Establish and manage CONQUAS incentive schemes for management approval. Organize and deploy in-house inspectors to carry out progressive inspections and establish quality benchmarks. Guide site teams in conducting internal quality checks and rectification works prior to formal assessments by consultants, clients, and authorities. Attend BCA quality assessments or delegate responsibilities to designated team members as required. Plan and coordinate maintenance and subcontractor duties in addressing client and purchaser complaints. Identify quality-related training needs and initiate training programs for staff and subcontractors.
