Physical Therapist, PT Home Visits - Weekend

Responsibilities

• As a BAYADA PT, you'll help clients regain independence where they feel safest - at home. You will:
• Perform mobility, strength, balance, and safety assessments
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Provide gait training, manual therapy, balance work, and therapeutic exercise
• Implement skin and wound-prevention strategies
• Educate clients and families to promote long-term success
• Document care using our intuitive EMR system

• Pay: $63-68 per point, based on qualifications

Requirements

• Current Colorado PT license (or eligibility)
• Graduation from an accredited PT program
• Comfort with EMR systems (training provided)
