Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of relevant experience, such as: Paralegal experience at an AmLaw 200 or comparable firmLegal research, compliance, investigations, or litigation support roles
  • Proficiency with legal research tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw
  • Strong analytical, research, and writing skills with the ability to synthesize complex legal and financial information
  • Experience reviewing legal documents and managing case-related workflows
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and document management skills
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly, both written and verbally
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams
  • Exposure to financial analysis, underwriting, or investment-related work
  • Familiarity with litigation finance, credit investing, or legal risk assessment
  • Experience drafting memoranda or case summaries for decision-making purposes

You will work closely with attorneys, investment professionals, and cross-functional teams to assess opportunities, monitor active matters, and produce clear, actionable insights.
