THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION - PERMANENT. This National Guard position is for a Security Specialist, Position Description Number NGD1277000 and is part of the Guam G3 Directorate of Plans, Operations, and Training, National Guard. MILITARY GRADES: Enlisted: E6 - E8 Officer: O1 - O3 COMPATIBLE MILITARY ASSIGNMENTS: Enlisted: 35 Series SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Applicants must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-09) in the Federal service or equivalent experience. Specialized experience includes administering, evaluating, or supporting security programs involving personnel, physical, information, industrial, or operational security; conducting security inspections and compliance reviews; reviewing and processing security clearances and access authorizations; interpreting and applying security regulations, policies, and procedures; providing security guidance and training to personnel; and identifying, analyzing, and resolving security issues to ensure protection of personnel, facilities, information, and resources. Specialized experience must be directly related to the duties of the position as described in the Position Description.
