The Marketing Executive is responsible for increasing revenue and also enhancing and maximizing the Hotel profile through traditional media, direct marketing, database management, web site content management, partnering with/linking to key partner web sites, Public Relations and promotional partnerships. Work with Accor Brand Marketing, PR and National Promotions to stay within guidelines and secure opportunities through the company. Main responsibilities ; Launching vibrant marketing campaigns that paint our resort as the ultimate destination, encouraging guests to live their most 'Memorable Moments' with us-from fabulous brunches to starlit conferences, creating ' Instagrammable ' moments around every corner. Create visual and experiential content that invites shares and likes, making our resort a must-post destination. Using your flair for storytelling to create engaging narratives that resonate deeply with our audience, turning every experience and communication into an invitation to indulge and enjoy. Liaising with the global brand team to ensure that all content is current, consistent, and aligns with brand standards across all channels. Facilitate the adaptation of global marketing strategies to local contexts while maintaining brand integrity. Working with our agencies to ensure consistency of message, channel and strategy by managing and overseeing the hotel's online presence, including websites, social media platforms, and email marketing channels, ensuring content is fresh, engaging, and reflective of the luxury brand. Supporting the hotel's food and beverage offerings. Develop and execute promotional strategies that highlight the uniqueness of the hotel's culinary experiences, special events, and seasonal menus to drive patronage and revenue. Bringing a creative vision to all marketing materials and campaigns. Oversee the design and production of visual and written content, ensuring it meets the high standards expected by luxury guests. Foster a culture of creativity and innovation within the marketing team. Helping our Conferencing & Events team with unique proposals, great social guidance and content and videos that will elevate our offering. Your experience and skills include : 2 years + experience working with luxury brands in a similar or related role. Excellent communication skills - written & verbal, proficient in Word, Canva and Excel and any other appropriate programs. Proven experience working in social media management - curating a social calendar, capturing content and scheduling. Proven experience working with senior management and multiple stakeholders. Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications or digital marketing would be advantageous. The ability to work well within a team environment. Attention to detail and effective time management in all allocated tasks.
