About the role
Some organizations collect data. The best ones know how to act on it. A fast-growing yet established healthcare organization is currently hiring a Business Performance Manager as part of a newly created headcount due to growing business needs. This is a hands-on role with real commercial scope. You will be the person leadership turns to when they need to understand why performance is moving in a particular direction, and what to do about it. That means getting into the detail of how customers buy, which accounts are growing or eroding, where pricing and product mix can be sharpened, and how the overall business is tracking against budget. You own the dashboards and KPIs, and produce the decision papers and presentations that feed directly into budget planning, forecasting, contract evaluations, and strategic calls made at senior level. Beyond the analysis itself, you will partner closely with Finance, Sales, Operations, and Regulatory teams across the region. You will also take ownership of data integrity across systems and drive efforts to automate reporting and streamline processes where possible. You hold a degree in Accounting or Finance and bring at least 7 years of experience spanning commercial finance, business analysis, or strategic planning. A background in healthcare, medical devices, or trading would be ideal. You are confident presenting to senior leadership and equally comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy. And if you are not actively looking but are open to exploring opportunities within the finance space, feel free to reach out as well. RegNo. R1987809 BeathChapmanPte Ltd License no. 16S8112
