Requirements

  • โœ” Diploma/ Nitec in Business Admin, HR orrelated field

  • Prepare HR letters (employment, confirmation, resignation)
  • Assist to arrange for Staff training
  • Conducting Exit interviews
  • โšก Ad-hoc duties as assigned

  • Assist in raising quotation (covering)
  • Raise PO in Xero
  • PettyCash
  • Maintain Filing & Documentation (invoices, receipts)

Additional Information

๐Ÿ“ Location: Serangoon North ๐Ÿ“… Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 8am - 5pm (Any 4 hours within office working hours) ๐Ÿ’ฐ Salary: $14 -19/hr
