Investment Analyst, Family Office

Responsibilities

• Support the investment and asset management of the Group's portfolio, with a focus on enhancing value, returns, and overall performance.
• Develop and maintain robust financial models to support investment evaluation, pricing strategies, yield optimisation, and capital allocation decisions.
• Conduct in-depth financial, strategic, and operational analysis to support investment decisions, including regular and ad-hoc portfolio performance reviews.
• Assist in the execution of acquisitions, divestments, and strategic transactions, including financial modelling, due diligence, and investment evaluation.
• Perform market and sector research, including competitive benchmarking and analysis of key industry trends across relevant asset classes.
• Support capital markets and corporate finance activities such as refinancing, fund raising, and portfolio optimisation initiatives.
• Prepare high-quality investment papers, presentations, and investment memoranda for internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including advisors, financial institutions, and operating partners.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as required to support the family office's investment and strategic objectives.
• Key Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, asset management, or a family office environment.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Solid understanding of financial statements, valuation methodologies, and investment analysis.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to think critically and independently.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling confidential information.
