Responsibilities
- Greet and attend to visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, courier arrangements, and general enquiries.

Requirements

- Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English, as the role may require communication with Chinese-speaking colleagues and business partners.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with a service-minded attitude.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive, and well-organized.
- Able to work independently and follow through on assigned tasks.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
