Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support throughout the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
- Manage and maintain candidate information within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure data accuracy.
- Prepare, send, and track offer letters and pre-employment documentation.
- Coordinate background checks, reference checks, and onboarding requirements for new hires.
- Monitor recruitment inboxes and respond to candidate inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Create and maintain recruitment trackers, reports, dashboards, and hiring metrics.
- Assist with job postings and ensure all openings are updated across recruitment platforms.
- Support compliance with company policies and applicable US employment regulations.
- Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and other internal stakeholders to ensure an efficient hiring process.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of candidate and employee information.
- Assist with special projects and other talent-related administrative tasks as needed.
- WHAT WE LOOK FOR
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition coordination, HR administration, or a similar support role.
- Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
- Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.
- Technical Skills :
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, or recruitment tools is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote, or hybrid environment.
- Experience supporting US-based recruitment and onboarding processes is an advantage.
