In this role, you will be a key contributor in the development and shaping of our developer platform. You will drive the success of our developer tools, ensuring our APIs are developer-friendly and highly usable. Additionally, you will focus on creating comprehensive documentation and providing top-tier developer support, making it easier for developers to integrate and use our APIs effectively.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance and solutions for technical support queries from our Developer Community Discord Server and strategic partners.
- Author and maintain comprehensive API documentation.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of our TypeScript SDK.
- Design and build advanced tools (client libraries, SDKs, etc.) to simplify API consumption.
- Collaborate in designing APIs to enhance usability and streamline flows.
- Champion the needs of the developer community, gathering insights to inform product improvements.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in customer support for API products.
- 1+ years of experience designing and shipping developer tools.
- 1+ years of web development experience with TypeScript.
- Proficiency with API definitions and specifications, including OpenAPI and AsyncAPI.
- Proficiency in technical writing, particularly in API documentation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
