Role Overview And Core Responsibilities Facilitate effective team communication, including leading daily stand-ups, prioritizing tasks, clarifying requirements, and removing impediments to ensure smooth delivery. Plan and manage projects by defining scope, goals, timelines, and resource allocation. Collaborate closely with product owners to refine requirements, build deep product understanding, and contribute to shaping the future direction of our product portfolio. Act as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Support the delivery and deployment of products, including cloud-based environments such as AWS. Required Knowledge And Experiences Proven experience in a professional software development environment Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban (e.g., Product Owner, Scrum Master) Hands-on project management experience Solid understanding of software architecture, development practices, delivery processes, and modern deployment practices Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken, with a collaborative mindset, excellent interpersonal and team facilitation skills, and familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly AWS Required Technical Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) AWS (Amazon Web Services) Software architecture and development practices Software delivery and deployment processes Project management and team facilitation skills The minimum salary for this position, according to the Austrian collective bargaining agreement, is EUR 4,061.00 per month for a full-time employment. Depending on professional experience and/or qualifications, your actual salary is intended to be significantly higher.
