Work Location: Senja Care Home As part of the Nursing Workforce for the Vanguard Senior Care, the Community Care Associate will assist the Senior / Staff Nurse in the delivery of required and optimal level (quality care) of healthcare services, based on the defined care model, to clients in the Vanguard Senior Care. Attend to basic nursing and general care needs of clients. Conduct group activities for the clients. Ensure the safety, comfort and well-being of the clients. Work with the therapists on implementation of new activities. Work with nurses to maintain a safe and clean environment. Participate in quality improvement committee, and serve as a role model Any other duties as assigned by the CM (VSC) and Senior/ Staff Nurse.
