  • Supplier negotiation experience at executive levels.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.

Job Description Summary: The Senior Director, Cross Enterprise Procurement Group (CEPG), leads the Global HFCS & Ingredients (Fructose, Dextrose, Acidulants) Program for the Coca‑Cola system, spanning The Coca‑Cola Company, company-owned bottlers, and franchise bottlers across all regions. This executive role owns the full HFCS value chain: corn, wet milling & refining, conversion, warehousing, logistics, innovation, supplier strategy, global and regional supply and demand dynamics. The Senior Director commands a deep expertise in agricultural inputs, commodity markets, manufacturing processes, supply landscape, as well as understanding and managing various risks across the value chain (weather, macro, regulatory, supply continuity, human rights, quality, etc.). The Senior Director provides thought leadership on Sustainable Agriculture Practices. The Senior Director is accountable for setting system-wide strategy, managing a global category spend of approximately $3Bn, aligning Operating Units (OU's) and bottlers, negotiating at senior levels, developing sustainability roadmaps and ensuring supply continuity and competitiveness across the network. TEAM STRUCTURE Leads one CEPG Core Team direct report Manages an extended network of bottler procurement & technical leaders. Partners cross-functionally with Procurement, Technical, Sustainability, Supply Chain, PACS, Finance, Innovation, R&D, and Operating Unit (OU) Leadership.
