Software Engineer - Automation & Observability

Responsibilities

• Develop robust tools and frameworks to streamline performance test automation in cloud environments.
• Implement observability and performance monitoring strategies within Azure DevOps to ensure system reliability.
• Build intelligent utilities and tools that leverage AI and machine learning to enhance product quality.
• Design and implement scalable, cloud-based models and applications.
• Optimize security, performance, and stability of cloud-hosted products.
• Develop testing strategies and support tools for deployment and DevOps teams.
• Write efficient scripts to boost cloud performance.
• Research and integrate solutions using industry-leading monitoring tools such as New Relic and Datadog.
• What you will likely bring:
• 3+ years of proven experience programming and scripting experience, preferably with Python
• Experience in developing tools for QA, performance testing, and test automation.
• Strong knowledge of performance optimization in cloud environments, preferably in Azure DevOps .
• Experience in cloud-based software development and SQL/PostgreSQL databases.
• Solid understanding of security and performance optimization in cloud infrastructures.
• Hands-on experience implementing observability strategies to monitor and improve system performance.
• What could set you apart:
• Experience working with monitoring tools like New Relic and DatadogHQ.
• Familiarity with artificial intelligence and machine learning applied to process optimization.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, AKS, Docker, or cloud infrastructure monitoring.
• Background in SDET, automation engineering, performance engineering, DevOps automation, or internal tools development.
