Primary Duties and Responsibilities : includes but not limited to: Checks employees and Tribal Members into the Fitness Center Processes Fitness Center enrollments/cancellations Assists members with exercise equipment and enforces company policies pertaining to the proper usage of the Fitness Center Washes, folds and hands out towels Maintains and ensures the cleanliness of the exercise areas and locker rooms Secondary Duties and Responsibilities: Assists the Fitness Center Shift Manager with wellness and intramural sports programs Sells beverages, movie tickets and miscellaneous event tickets to employees Minimum Education and Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent One year of general office experience Previous customer service experience Basic computer skills Competencies : Incumbent will master the following competencies while in this position: Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to multi-task Knowledge of the various types of exercise equipment Training Requirements: Personal Trainer Certification CPR Certified Physical Demands and Work Environment: Must be able to assist employees with the proper use of exercise equipment Must be able to lift up to 45 lbs.
