About the role
We are looking for a motivated IT Support Apprentice to support the delivery of IT services across the organisation. This role offers hands-on experience in end-user support, Microsoft 365, and IT service management within a structured, security-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-line support to end users, resolving day-to-day technical issues
- Deliver support across Microsoft 365 tools and services
- Work within an ITIL-aligned ITSM system to manage incidents and service requests
- Support user lifecycle processes (onboarding, movers, leavers)
- Maintain and manage IT assets, including device builds and tracking
- Ensure accurate documentation and ticket updates within ITSM tools
Requirements
- SC (Security Check) clearance
- Strong interest in IT and problem-solving
- Commitment to following best-practice security workflows and procedures
- This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in a professional, security-conscious IT environment
- Working hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
