About the role

The Executive Briefing Center Operations & Guest Experience Specialist will help run the operational backbone of CrowdStrike's Barcelona Executive Briefing Center (EBC). Reporting to the EBC Manager, this role owns the operational and guest experience details that help every in-person briefing run smoothly, consistently, and to CrowdStrike's high standards. You will manage the end-to-end operational and hospitality experience across briefing logistics, guest readiness, vendor coordination, center preparedness, stakeholder communications, and day-of execution. You will partner closely with Briefing Program Managers, Sales, the Office of the CTO, Facilities, AV/IT, Security, Workplace, and external vendors to translate briefing plans into seamless customer experiences. This role is ideal for someone who combines high-touch hospitality instincts with strong operational discipline, calm execution, and excellent attention to detail. This is an onsite Barcelona-based role, with some remote flexibility depending on center workload and briefing schedule. Candidates must be based in or near Barcelona, as this position requires regular on-site attendance.

Responsibilities

  • Own briefing operations and guest experience

  • Lead center readiness and day-of execution
  • Own day-of operational readiness across meeting rooms, common areas, signage, welcome materials, supplies, catering, gifting, personalization, and customer amenities.
  • Anticipate and resolve operational issues before they impact customers or internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain a consistently premium center environment, partnering with Facilities, AV/IT, Security, and Workplace teams to address service, room, technology, and visitor-flow needs.
  • Manage vendors and hospitality services
  • Own the day-to-day coordination and quality of external vendors, including catering, transportation, hotels, gifting, venues, and other guest services.
  • Establish clear service expectations, briefing-specific requirements, escalation paths, and feedback loops with vendors.
  • Support budget tracking, invoice review, purchase-order coordination, and vendor spend visibility for EBC operations.
  • Own systems, scheduling, and communications accuracy
  • Maintain accurate operational information across the briefing management system, calendars, agendas, logistics notes, visitor details, and internal communication channels.
  • Create and maintain templates, checklists, playbooks, and stakeholder updates that improve consistency before, during, and after briefings.
  • Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement
  • Identify recurring operational gaps, risks, and friction points, and propose improvements to briefing processes and guest experience standards.
  • Capture operational feedback after briefings and partner with the EBC Manager and Briefing Program Managers to improve future execution.
  • Support special projects that improve center scalability, consistency, reporting, and overall customer experience.

Requirements

  • 4-6+ years of experience in executive hospitality, customer experience, event operations, executive briefings, workplace experience, customer marketing, or high-touch service environments.
  • Strong project coordination and operational planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple briefings, timelines, stakeholders, vendors, and last-minute changes simultaneously.
  • Excellent judgment, discretion, and executive presence in customer-facing environments.
