  • Quantity Surveying & Cost Management:
  • Cost Estimation & Budgeting: Prepare project feasibility studies, cost estimates, budgeting, and cost planning.

  • Quality & Safety: Ensure that all site engineering works comply with local building regulations, safety policies, and quality standards.

Requirements

  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in the Singapore construction industry handling both QS and engineering/site coordination duties.
  • Technical Skills: * Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering, structural, and architectural drawings.
  • Strong knowledge of standard contract forms (e.g., SIA, PSSCOC).
  • Familiarity with estimation or CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Cubicost, or Glodon) is highly advantageous.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage relationship with diverse stakeholders.
  • Attributes: Detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of working independently under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
