Director of Product Management - Next-Generation Devices

Responsibilities

• Lead the Vision
• Define and evolve the long-term strategy for the device platform, rooted in user needs and aligned with ResMed's broader mission.
• Own the Lifecycle
• Guide the platform through every stage-from early discovery to new product introduction, global launch, sustained innovation, and end-of-life planning.
• Drive Cross-Functional Alignment
• Build strong partnerships with engineering, design, clinical, regulatory, operations, supply chain, marketing, and regional teams to deliver integrated outcomes and portfolio cohesion.
• Lead with Clarity and Empathy
• Translate strategy into clear roadmaps, decision frameworks, and communication that aligns stakeholders and accelerates progress-while fostering an inclusive, supportive environment for your team.

Requirements

• 10+ years' experience across product management, engineering, operations, or related technical/commercial roles
• Proven success leading complex product initiatives in technology-driven or regulated industries
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to guide long-term product direction
• Demonstrated ability to influence and align cross-functional teams through collaboration and trust
• Experience working with hardware + software products or long-lifecycle platforms
